Maybe we have been barking up the wrong tree here fellas. How many NFL teams have you seen with loads of great players still lose game after game.Bad team management / ownership can be the killer for the most talented of teams. If the conditions for the Stinger players are as bad as has been said here on this site then I am sorry for any critical remark I have made to anyone on this team. Chris Thomas ,as I have said we have bumped heads a few times last year and you are too good of a player to put up with these conditions. I have never quit anything in my life and I know you probably have not either. Brother I hope thing do get better for you and the team. Im glad you will be with the Express, Those games with us last year were how football should be played.dont you think? looking forward to this season. good luck P.S. if you guys have insurance through the Stingers better check your policies to make sure the owner has paid for your protection.

#86 should be on a afl or afl2 immediately. he has heart and is a real team football hard core player.

I have to do some networking for this #86 Bingham. this guy is a real football player. right attitude never give up keep kicking ass kind of guy. he will end up in a higher league. some guys stand out. #1 is ok but should only be used for special teams or short slant passes.

nancy from ft jackson, 86 BINGHAM, and beatthe wouldn't happen to all be the same person would they? Because 'they' keep posting the same thing.
And I hope it's just not #86 but an actual fan.
#86 is good, i voted for him to be the 'player of the week' for the home opener, but if it's #86 making all these posts (4 or 5 now under 3 names) you're not being very humble.

yeah the guy is good, and i hope it's not him doing that much patting himself on the back posts....that would show that he is too stuck on himself and a showboat....which won't be good....

Chris are you serious? That's rotten man. Email me.
To release a player for speaking the truth is just wrong. If you're practicing under extreme conditions, you're asking for injuries.
Seriously, shoot me an email.

Brandon Simms is hurt that is why he isn't playing. Be nice to #12. He is a really good guy. He may not be the best QB but he has been taking some bad press from this forum and the State, which can really hurt a persons motivation. Simms is expected to be able to play within the next couple games when his injuries are healed, which will be a big help to the team.

No one is "hatin" on Kent. I like the guy, we met at Fanfest for a brief few moments and he's a heck of a good guy. He's just struggling in the games. Fans want perfection. We're not knocking the man, just his gameplay that we've witnessed. I'm sure as a QB he's used to the criticisms. If he's not, have him stop by here and we'll show some love.

ok, you say brandon simms is hurt....whats his injuries? he looked really good running in that 2 point conversion in saturday nights game and after getting crashed into the wall by 2 revolution players he sprinted off the field.
i asked him after the game why he did'nt play...he said, " idon't know...but i was ready to go" that was a man that was as confused as the fans about not being put into the game.
kent may be the nicest guy in columbia....i don't care, it's not about him as a person....he is not performing well on the field. i think george bush is a very nice man...do you agree with the way he is running this country?
as for chris thomas being released today.....if he was released for letting us know what we knew already, than the coaching staff, and front office should be ashamed. why are you guys trying to keep everything so secretive about how things are falling apart? for your info.....i know more about pewlowski, the nifl, and what is going on in columbia with the stingers than you guys think i know....so stingerspr......the worst thing you guys can do is release a player because of the truth and covering up things we already know.
by the way stingerpr....what is up with our 2 home games having 2 turfs from 2 different cities and from different leagues? maybe i should'nt say that.....chris got released by explaining the equiptment issues.......maybe i will be banned from attending the games because i want HOME FREAKIN TURF.....

Stinger1 -
I hadn't heard Chris Thomas was released, however...if he was released because he divulged internal information of the Stingers without permission, then yes...as terrible as it is...his release is justified.
I work for the Solicitor in Columbia, if I went around talking about internal affairs of our office, I would be let go in a heart beat. Doesn't matter if it's 'true' or 'needs' to be told. I don't have permission to do that, and I wouldn't think any player on the Stingers would have permission to give up that information.
If he was released that's terrible, especially if it was about telling us about the condition of practices and such (which is inexcusable in its own right). But, the fact still remains, if you're under contract about something you dont' go around spreading news about your employer on a popular site 'semi-associated' with your employer with your own name...
And HOPEFULLY he was released under old management and if new management has come in, maybe they can look into bring him back.

I am your basic fan; I have been to each home game with my 6 year old son, 8 year old daughter and my wife. We all find something in it for ea of us to keep coming back. Though I am going to tell you if you want my reoccurring money you must win, and I do consider the second haf of our last game a win. Seeing some one else wearing # 60 was shocking since Chris Thomas was the one who got us connected in to this game along with the other 9 seats in our row. From one of your paying customers please reconsider this employee.

About the Chris Thomas deal. If you have a contract and the terms of that contract are not being met by one of the contracters the other has the right to speak his mind. What Chris said has hurt him but will help the team in the long run. I hate to disagree with a fellow Indian but NCXCSTUD Ill give you two examples of how management keeping things hush hush can hurt alot of people. ENRON and CAROLINA INVESTERS. My dad lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in the C.I. scandel that he is to old to recover. Maybe if someone had said something he and alot of other people would not have been hurt.Honest management is a must for starting a new team. Im not saying it is the right thing to do but if I were Chris I would be taking my backpay out of the owners hind end .
