During the season I tried to lift my self as a leader on the team on and off the field. This season has been challenging all season because I had to watch so much potential wasted in front of my eyes. There were so many negatives stacked up against us even before the season started that we never really got a fair chance to unleash our true ability. I could go on and on about the trials and tribulations of team management, lack of team funds, and more other things but my personality won't allow it.
I would much rather concentrate on striding forward than worrying about what tripped me up on the road. Point blank and period... It happened!!!!!!! or if you will "things happened!!!! OK.... but its over now and the only thing left is to realize the vision and go get it... period.. with no questions asked. Its easy to sit and point figures and throw the blame but the real character of a real man or team shows when they can sit down and turn fingers inward and ask what they can do better to reach the goal. I really don't know what has gone on with management of the team because of the simple fact that I was not there when it happened so any information I get is always second-handed and for the record... I could really care less. I just love the game of footbal and I know that arena football can easily be something real big in Columbia but with anything it comes with hard work. Just like practicing before a game to perfect your game plan.. You must plan before the season to perfect your marketing game plan. You must prepare for the loss and know how you will attempt to overcome it. You must know how to build off success. The rules of the game apply outside the pads and wall too. This is not a game but a way of life!!!!
An athlete trains his hardest in the offseason to enter into the season at top physical condition ..... so the team has to work its hardest in the offseason in order to enter into the season STRONGER THAN EVER!!!!!!
