Hey fans!
What do you think, can we put the smack down on the Atlanta club on May 5th?

Dont want to sound negative might want to read post from Breds player on WIFL board. Seems Atlanta is just a tad upset with the NIFL and wanting to defect before years end.
Anyway if game is still on I give Columbia another victory 53-37 I also need to remind all of you I never lost in 25 games I have gone to that were not of my own teams outside of Augusta.

Is the game for Sat still on?
The NIFL site says that Jacksonvills is at Columbia Friday May 4 and that Atlanta is at Fayetteville Sat May 5. The Fayetteville Guard site confirms that.

Well, all I can say right NOW is that the Stingers site still has Columbia hosting Alanta for May 5th.
I will put in a message with the front office and see what I can find out though!

The Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville is selling tickets for Atlanta vs Fayettville Sat May 5. The Colonial Center in Columbia is selling tickets for Atlanta vs Columbia Sat May 5. Are there two Atlanta teams now? (obviously not) but any word on what is actually going to happen? www.crowncoliseum.com/www.thecolonialcenter.comMy bet is that Columbia plays Jacksonville on Friday May 4 as the NIFL site says and even less people show up. Thanks NIFL!!!

Come out and support us and bring the family because the Stingers are on a roll and there is no stopping us!!!! This is the player that opponents hate but fans love....... My family and I made it to our first Stingers game ... vs. Columbia Express. That was a bit confusing, but since the kids didn't know .. it did not matter.
We caught an extra point and my kids were thrilled.
They also got high fives from the players and cheerleaders!
Overall we had a great time! I hope the Stingers are around for a while because my kids already want to go back!

Hey Buzzman, glad to hear you enjoyed yourselves.
Unfortunately this league the team is in is falling to pieces and trying to drag down everyone with them. Keep the faith, this team is destined for great things, once we jump to a new league for next year, things WILL get better!

I hope it succeeds. I really think if it would have been advertised more, that the fan base would be much larger. The tickets are reasonable, it is played in a great location and the games are fast paced and fun to watch. I have been trying to find somewhere to take the family that would not break us financially and be a good time ... and the Stingers provide that.

The advertising issue has been addressed and re-addressed. We're working on better ways to reach out to the community. Tell your friends about it, bring them along.
